Miriam Kauterman, Broker of Record and Owner, has been selling real estate in Avalon and Stone Harbor for more than 40 years. A year-round resident of Seven Mile Island since 1978, Miriam has deep roots in the community. She raised her four children in Avalon, where they attended Avalon Elementary School, and remains actively involved in local organizations.
Miriam’s career includes more than two decades with two of Avalon’s largest real estate firms before opening her own brokerage, Avalon/Stone Harbor Real Estate (formerly Premier Homes Real Estate), where she has continued to serve buyers, sellers, and renters with the assistance of her son, Joe.
Her decades of experience provide clients with invaluable knowledge of the local market and the complexities of real estate on Seven Mile Island.
