Avalon/Stone Harbor Real Estate specializes in giving our customers the personalized service that only a boutique real estate agency can.
 

Our rental homes are open upon arrival for our tenants on 'Check-in Saturday'. The tenants love this service and it helps to make us unique. We know our clients, customers and their families by name and many are like family to us. 

 

Miriam Kauterman, Broker of Record and Owner, has been selling real estate in Avalon and Stone Harbor for 36 years. She lives on 7-Mile Island and belongs to many of the Community Organizations. She has raised her 4 children here and all attended Avalon Elementary School. Miriam's career has covered selling real estate for 41 years: 22 years for two large companies in Avalon and 19 years at her own office, Avalon/Stone Harbor Real Estate (formerly Premier Homes Real Estate) with the assistance of her son, Joe.

Living here in Avalon since 1978, and being immersed in real estate, has provided Miriam with an expert knowledge of the buying and selling process. She is very capable of intelligently explaining Avalon and Stone Harbor Zoning and Construction Rules, Riparian Rights, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Flood Requirements, the Rental Process and much more.
